  Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information and agree to notify IRYSS immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

What to Include in the T&C Document

1. Description of Services
   IRYSS offers a comprehensive range of services, including:

   • Production Services: Access to global factories, end-to-end production management, custom packaging, and RFID tracking.

   • Technology Solutions: Featuring MACH architecture, data analytics, and blockchain investment platforms.

   • Marketplace and Fulfillment: Options for dropshipping, inventory management, and order tracking.

   • Affiliate and Reseller Programs: Designed for brands and resellers to reach new markets through the IRYSS ecosystem.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms
   IRYSS offers a brand membership at €280/month and a reseller membership at €1500/month, with payment processed through Stripe. Payments are due according to the terms set at the time of subscription.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content, technology, trademarks, and branding related to IRYSS are owned by IRYSS and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not use IRYSS content without permission.

4. Prohibited Use and User Responsibilities
   Users agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities or in a way that disrupts services for other users. IRYSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Privacy Policy Reference

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
